What features, options, or services make NuViewHR unique within the HRIS software industry?

Many, the most important are:

• Comprehensiveness – full HRIS and Payroll with an integrated Talent Management Suite
• Flexibility – toolset to configure functional needs for the client
• Global capabilities - same database & platform, reflecting the language, currency and policies of the native country
• Mobile capabilities for “managers on the go”
• Advanced workflows and approvals – standard and client defined
• Lower TCO (total costs of ownership) – clients can make changes as their organization changes without vendor involvement

Why do you believe your clients most often select NuViewHR over other HRIS or HRMS systems?

The top 2 reasons include 1) Flexibility (NuViewTools) and 2) Global capabilities.

Describe a recent client who purchased NuViewHR and define the benefits and advantages your company was able to provide.

Booz & Company is a global consulting firm that creates and delivers essential advantage to the world's top businesses, governments, and organizations. They recently split from their parent organization, Booz Allen Hamilton.  This restructuring required that Booz & Company find a flexible and comprehensive HRIS that can support their employees in locations around the world, at a significant reduction in cost from the legacy system in use at Booz Allen Hamilton.

NuView was identified as a system that would provide all the functionality of their previous system, while being cost effective.

Booz had a tight timeline for implementation, as they could only access BAH’s system for a finite time.

NuView was able to create the required functionality and meet the necessary deadlines for go-live.

What purchase options do you offer?

NuView offers 3 deployment options to fit the needs and resources of any client. These options include:

• License – client installs and maintains on their own server
• ASP/Hosted/SaaS – NuView hosts on behalf of the client through our datacenter
• Blended – License, but NuView hosts for an additional fee

What type of training and implementation services do you offer?

NuView offers full implementation assistance via NuView Project Managers, Implementation Consultants and Technical Consultants.

Training is offered for a wide variety of audiences, from end users and corporate trainers to system administrators and is held on-site.

Are there industries NuViewHR is best suited for?

What are the biggest changes you have seen in the HRIS/HRMS software industry in the past five years?

The movement to SaaS, the growing trend of vendor management (all functions from a single vendor), global implementations, corporate social responsibility, focus on performance (employee and corporate), and more recently, green initiatives and social networking in the recruiting process.

What changes do you expect for the HR software industry in the next five years?

Increased compliance reporting, fewer (or greater) choices for healthcare plans, fewer point solutions with consolidation among HR companies, more mobile and remote workers and the use of mobile technology with the HR application, greater focus on green initiatives, corporate social responsibility from a global perspective, attention to work/life balance and a re-definition of the current workplace, roles, jobs & employment.

What advice would you offer to someone who is just beginning their search for an HRIS/HRMS software application?

Companies need to realize that what they need now will be different tomorrow.
Plan (and buy) for the future.

Select a system that is flexible to reflect how they do business and that offers functionality they may want down the road. Be sure to choose a system that can grow and change as their organization changes.
