Full integration of HR processes from Benefits Management through COBRA Administration.  A partial list of features include Employee Performance Review, Employee Self Service, Employee Surveys, Wellness Programs, HR Administration, Standard and Ad Hoc reporting as well as outstanding "drag and drop" analysis reporting capability for all levels of the corporation.

Ability for clients to fully manage InfinityHR on an ongoing basis without the need for IT support or spending additional dollars for technical support.

Complete flexibility of all features and functions.  You may turn off or turn on any or all of the extensive features in InfinityHR based upon the individual requirements.

What type of training and implementation services do you offer? 

We will completely set up the client and train the client.  Ongoing training is available at anytime. 


Describe a prospective client who is an ideal fit for InfinityHR.

We have two versions of our system.  For the Professional version the average client is 30 to 40 employees.  The Premium version, the average size is 150 to 800 employees. 


Based on # of employees, what is the target market for InfinityHR

10 to 75 for Professional and 150 to 800 for the Premium. 


Are there industries InfinityHR is best suited for? 

Any industry. 


What are InfinityHR future development plans? 

Most of our enhancements come from surveys that we send out to our clients, so depending on what our clients' needs are will determine what our future development plans are. 


What are the biggest changes you have seen in the HRIS/HRMS software industry in the past five years? 

The big push from Insurance brokers and how their existing and new clients require that they provide an online enrollment solution with their benefits. 


What changes do you expect for the HR software industry in the next five years? 

More integration with some of the voluntary benefits like Aflac and 401K providers.
