HRA is a global supplier of software focused on the two most important areas of the Human Resources Industry - Recruiting and Managing Employees. The two HRA software solutions simplify and share these tasks effectively by providing the tools for an organization to handle a prospective employee from the moment he/she reviews the positions available online in the company job board, through their hiring process and becoming an employee, and then throughout their entire career to their retirement or termination. Information can be shared with employees, managers and executives through various Self-Serves, Workflows, well formatted Dashboards and an excellent, easy-to-use yet powerful Report Writer.

The two HRA specialized products are the HRA Global HRIS and the HRA Open4Hire Applicant Tracking System. These products can be purchased separately or run together in a seamless, integrated system.

HRA intentionally does not provide payroll. Integration with any payroll is easy and this leaves the choice of payroll provider independent of the core HR functions of HRIS and Recruiting. This also allows HRA to focus on its core competency - providing two outstanding, HR focused software solutions.

There are a number of versions of HRA available to match the needs of small to mid-sized companies in all industries. HRA can be purchased or rented, and can be hosted either by the client or by HRA in a SaaS/Cloud setup.
