Based on # of employees, what is the target market for HR.net Enterprise?

Organizations with 100 – 100,000 employees

Are there industries HR.net Enterprise is best suited for?

HR.net Enterprise is universal in that it meets the HR needs of an organization, which tend to be fairly standard versus industry specific.  During our initial discovery process, we work with clients talking to the various stakeholders affected by the current challenges and objectives. This process enables us to provide information they need to determine whether or not HR.net Enterprise is a viable solution for them.  Our goal is to enable clients to make informed decisions as to whether or not HR.net Enterprise is a viable solution for them.  Sometimes the answer is “no” which is ok too.

What are Vizual’s future development plans?

Upgrades to HR.net Enterprise software are provided to clients at no extra charge based on their support package. Upgrades are supplied on a single CD and can be easily installed. Typically there are two upgrade releases of the software per annum ensuring clients keep pace with the latest developments and best functionality. The upgrade process is designed to be seamless and will not overwrite or impact any parts of HR.net Enterprise configured specifically to meet the needs of our clients.

What are the biggest changes you have seen in the HRIS/HRMS software industry in the past five years?

• Movement to “anywhere, anytime” solutions
• Going green paperless solutions for electronic employee file management
• Movement to self service, staff empowering solutions

What changes do you expect for the HR software industry in the next five years?

• Demand for more robust solutions with built in functionality as a standard to meet the various HR needs
• Automation of business processes, workflows and rules
• Single portal access to all pertinent information and resources for staff
• Robust talent management for recruiting and staff development as the economy rebounds

What advice would you offer to someone who is just beginning their search for an HRIS/HRMS software application?

By all means involve all the stakeholders in all phases of research and analysis to insure buy in and that their needs are disclosed and addressed.  Too often access to each of the stakeholders is restricted during the research and information analysis stages which results in surprises or un-fulfilled needs and thus a less than satisfactory result.

Also have a well defined process by which to review, compare and select.   This makes the process much more efficient and accurate as well as helping to insure uniformity throughout the entire process for everyone, including the vendors.  By having a well defined process that is communicated clearly early in the process you will help insure a more successful end result and maximize time and efforts.
