Needless to say, the manager of the particular department or branch has the most fun of all.<\/p>\n<p>Before throwing your hands up in disgust and deriding the company compensation plan as the culprit, consider some other possibilities by asking yourself some questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Why did the employees leave?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Are the managers part of the solution or part of the problem?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 How can I resolve this problem now and in the future?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The answers to the first will vary from training, to frustration with other employees to poor management and will answer the second.
