When I created\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/\">CompareHRIS.com<\/a>, I made the decision that we would never charge the end users of our site a dime. I saw that a few of our competitors charged for\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HR-Information-Systems-Video\/\">HR Information Systems<\/a>\u00a0selection services and frankly, I thought it was a little crazy. Our vendors pay so the site\u2019s users don\u2019t have to.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recently, an HR consultant I worked with in the past offered me an RFP he created specifically for the HRIS and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/Human-Resources-Management-Systems-Imports\/\">Human Resources Management System<\/a>\u00a0software industry. This anonymous individual took samples of the better RFP\u2019s he had seen over the years and created a combination of the best RFP\u2019s to create a super\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HRIS HRMS<\/span>\u00a0RFP, if you will. He did not want the credit but said I might want to look at selling the document to our site\u2019s users. One of our competitors offers an RFP for $400 but according to the consultant who created this one it was far less detailed.
