Wow, sign me up!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve noticed that there\u2019s one website just starting to pop up in the online\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/\">HR software<\/a>\u00a0arena that offers free\u00a0<a title=\"hr software\" href=\"\/blog\/\">HR software<\/a>\u00a0quotes. Wow!\u00a0 That\u2019s one heck of an offer. I\u2019m certain that there are companies out there who would have selected a HR software product already had it not been for the absolutely insane amounts\u00a0<a href=\"\/blog\/wp-admin\/www.hr-softwareblog.com\/hris-vendor-interviews\/\">HRIS vendors<\/a>\u00a0charge for quotes on their systems. Back when I owned a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HR-Information-Systems-Video\/\">HR Information Systems<\/a>\u00a0reseller business, that\u2019s how we made our money. We never sold anything or performed any consulting services, we just charged for the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HR-Software-Solutions-Implementationms-\/\">HR software solution<\/a>\u00a0quotes. If you have not figured it out yet, this is sarcasm and I\u2019m pouring it on pretty strong.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NO ONE CHARGES FOR HR SOFTWARE QUOTES\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If they are, they aren\u2019t going to be in business for long. Giving away something for free, like a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HRM-Software-determining-your-needs\/\">HRM Software<\/a>\u00a0quote, is sort of a little like giving away air or perhaps even hot air.\u00a0 Ouch!<\/p>\n<p>I know from my days of selling\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HR-Solutions-Selection-Tool-Too-Wordy\/\">HR solutions<\/a>\u00a0systems that perspective clients would often get impatient while waiting to get the quote for the system. I understand this and have been in the same position before, as well, in other situations. HRIS\/<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HRIS-Solutions-Versus-HRMS-Solutions\/\">HRMS\u00a0solutions<\/a>\u00a0are typically sold as modular systems and often times may offer multiple purchase options also. Before a sales rep can provide an accurate quote, they need to have an understanding of what your needs are for a system, they need to understand which modules you may be interested in and have an understanding of how much training and what type of implementation services will be required to get you and your staff up to date on the system.
