And according to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.talx.com\/benchmarks\/turnover\/index.asp\" target=\"_blank\">survey conducted by Equifax<\/a>, more than 40% of people who leave their jobs voluntarily do so within the first six months of employment.<\/p>\n<p>There are all kinds of reasons people seek out greener pastures, including bad bosses, higher\u00a0pay elsewhere, a better growth opportunity, and changing personal circumstances. But one of the most common\u00a0reasons\u00a0new hires\u00a0leave is poor cultural fit.
