If you are looking for any type of\u00a0HRMS software\u00a0and want to meet the representatives from those companies face to face, I highly recommend this show. Many of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comparehris.com\/HR-Solutions-Selection-Tool-Too-Wordy\/\">HR solutions<\/a>\u00a0companies who did not attend the last SHRM conference were in attendance at the Human Resources Technology Conference last year. Specifically, I did not see Workday, Oracle or People Soft at SHRM in New Orleans. They were all at the HR tech show last year. I went to last year\u2019s show, flew into Midway airport and then rented a car. The problem with Chicago is parking is extremely expensive. So much so that I ended up parking my car at the hotel for $45 a night and then took taxis everywhere I went. Then I got lost going back to the airport and drove through some neighborhoods where locking the doors seemed prudent.
