Title: Statement of Duties Software

Message:

What packages are out there to help automate writing consistent Statement of Duties (or Position Descriptions)? Im thinking something that asks questions, or has drop down boxes to select..

Is there anything out there like this?

Title: My Trip to the HR Technology Show in Chicago

Message:

The HR Technology Show in Chicago was the first large conference I have attended since starting Comparehris.com. The show was outstanding, I met with a number of my current vendors, past vendors and prospective vendors for the site. I spoke with a number of the vendors and was frankly surprised by the number of leads they received from the show. My question is, are trade shows an outdated method of advertising a software product? Have you ever attended an HR technology show searching for infomation on a software product?

Title: Has the economic downturn inpacted your company's HRIS or HRMS purchase plans?

Message:

I have seen within my consulting business that a few clients are holding off on making purchases but most of our vendors on our site have indicated that the majority of companies are still moving foward with HRIS or HRMS selection plans.

Has the economy impacted your company's HRIS or HRMS system purchase decision or time frame?
