Title: Performance Management and HRIS

My company of 750 employees is looking to upgrade our HRIS system and to implement a performance management system at the same time. My see many companies who offer one or the other but very few that seem to do it all. I can certainly see the benefits of working with one vendor rather than have to deal with finding a way to get the two systems to transfer data. Are there any systems on the market that do both functions an do a good job at it? Or should I look at seperate companies for each function.

Yes, there are HRIS systems on the market for every size company and for every budget. Email me or post a reply as to how small by number of employees and how large your budget is for a system. I'll try and make a recommendation of which systems you should examine in further.

Title: HR Software for small companies with future growth

Our company is small right now, so a big expensive system will not work for us. Is there HRMS software that will allow us to start small with fewer components, and add more features as we grow?

How important is it to go with HR software that you can customize to fit your needs? Is it more expensive than getting a system that is preconfigured?
