Getting Approval for a new HRIS - (3 Posts)

I have seen one of the biggest challenges with HRIS/HRMS product sells is getting management approval for a system. I have often said that if I show an HR system to a 100 HR professionals that don't currently have a system, 80 will want it but 20-30 end up getting approval to purchase. What is your advice on gaining managment approval for a hr system?

The Future of the HRIS software industry - (3 Posts)

I have worked in the HRIS & HRMS software for 15 years. During that time I would say the internet has presented the greatest change in the HR software industry. I am curious with regards to what you think will be the biggest changes will be in our industry five or ten years from today.
