PeopleStrategy’s primary service offering is an Internet browser-delivered HR applications suite called HROnline™ that handles both strategic support (e.g., performance, learning and succession management) and business essential (e.g., recruiting, benefit enrollment, time and attendance, compliance reporting, self-service) transactions for administrators, managers and employees.  In addition to application delivery, PeopleStrategy also brokers an advisory service bundle for references/questions from content experts on key employment matters such as FMLA, COBRA, EEO and other hiring/employee management issues.  PeopleStrategy’s ultimate business model is delivering this package of services to have the customer view it as both a productivity tool provider and a value-added advisory service provider – in total, a strategic provider of services and tools that meet existing and future needs of the enterprise. The application suite is fully delivered via the Internet, and requires minimal infrastructure beyond a PC or a Web-enabled kiosk, and a LAN/WAN structure with Internet connectivity in the case of a location with existing infrastructure.
