Message Date/Time: 9/8/2008 12:03 PM Message: We are considering adding a Avatar to the first page of our HRIS Selection tool. It would speak about the benefits of using the tool including, education about the capabilities of HR software systems, assistance with determining needs and finally it presents a scored list of products matching a need. I am not real found of the avatars, but I think that if it is on a secondary page it would be okay. It's worth a try anyway. We will add it and try a test run in October. Message Date/Time: 8/8/2008 2:55 PM Message: I fully understand that the greater number of vendors we have participating in the site, the greater value we add to HR professionals looking for HRIS software and HR software applications. We expect to have around 20 HRIS vendors by this year end. We will also in the very near future start to add additional product groups. We plan on offering specific surveys and product pages for performance management systems, recruiting solutions, training management, stand alone payroll and time and attendance systems down the road. As we start to set up those additional products groups we will reach out to vendors offering those products to work with us on the design of the products page and the survey as we have done with HRIS vendors.
