Message Date/Time: 12/28/2008 9:08 AM Message: My company of 750 employees is looking to upgrade our HRIS system and to implement a performance management system at the same time. My see many companies who offer one or the other but very few that seem to do it all. I can certainly see the benefits of working with one vendor rather than have to deal with finding a way to get the two systems to transfer data. Are there any systems on the market that do both functions an do a good job at it? Or should I look at seperate companies for each function. Reply: Reply |

Email me or post a reply as to how small by number of employees and how large your budget is for a system. I'll try and make a recommendation of which systems you should examine in further.
